Nhận thức rõ vai trò cần thiết của việc trang bị cho học sinh những kiến thức, kĩ năng nền tảng về khởi nghiệp, kinh doanh và quản lí tài chính, từ năm học 2026 – 2027, Trường THCS và THPT Nguyễn Tất Thành phối hợp với IIG Việt Nam triển khai Chương trình Đào tạo Khởi nghiệp Kinh doanh ESB theo chuẩn chứng chỉ quốc tế Entrepreneurship and Small Business (ESB) của Certiport (Hoa Kỳ). Chương trình được thiết kế phù hợp với học sinh Khối 10, 11 và được đưa vào thời khóa biểu chính khóa của Nhà trường, tạo điều kiện để học sinh từng bước tiếp cận kiến thức và thực hành các nội dung cơ bản về khởi nghiệp, kinh doanh và quản lí tài chính.
Những buổi học đầu tiên của Chương trình Đào tạo Khởi nghiệp Kinh doanh ESB đã mang đến bầu không khí sôi nổi tại Trường THCS và THPT Nguyễn Tất Thành. Các em học sinh đã hào hứng tham gia thảo luận, chia sẻ ý tưởng và từng bước khám phá thế giới khởi nghiệp, kinh doanh thông qua những tình huống, bài tập nhóm gần gũi với cuộc sống.

✨ Học bằng trải nghiệm thực tiễn
Thay vì chỉ tiếp cận lí thuyết, học sinh được quan sát thực tế, phát hiện nhu cầu của thị trường, xây dựng ý tưởng sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ, đồng thời tìm hiểu những kiến thức cơ bản về khách hàng, marketing, tài chính và vận hành mô hình kinh doanh phù hợp với lứa tuổi.
???? Qua mỗi hoạt động, các em được rèn luyện nhiều năng lực quan trọng của thế kỉ 21 như tư duy phản biện, sáng tạo, làm việc nhóm, giao tiếp, thuyết trình và giải quyết vấn đề. Đây cũng là những kĩ năng cần thiết cho việc học tập, định hướng nghề nghiệp và hội nhập trong tương lai.
Hoạt động thực hành giúp học sinh rèn luyện tinh thần hợp tác, biết lắng nghe và cùng hiện thực hóa ý tưởng sáng tạo trong hành trình khởi nghiệp.

Không chỉ giúp học sinh tiếp cận kiến thức khởi nghiệp theo chuẩn quốc tế và sẵn sàng chinh phục chứng chỉ ESB, chương trình còn góp phần xây dựng tư duy chủ động, tinh thần đổi mới sáng tạo, khả năng thích ứng và bản lĩnh trước những thử thách mới. Đây cũng là nền tảng hữu ích để các em phát triển hồ sơ năng lực cá nhân và chuẩn bị cho hành trình học tập, nghề nghiệp phía trước.

NGUYEN TAT THANH STUDENTS EMBARK ON THEIR “TAKE THE LEAD” JOURNEY WITH ESB
Recognising the importance of equipping students with essential knowledge and practical skills in entrepreneurship, business and financial management, Nguyen Tat Thanh Lower and Upper Secondary School has partnered with IIG Vietnam to launch the Entrepreneurship and Small Business (ESB) Training Programme from the 2026–2027 academic year.
The programme follows the internationally recognised Entrepreneurship and Small Business (ESB) certification framework developed by Certiport (USA). Designed specifically for students in Grades 10 and 11, the programme has been integrated into the School’s regular timetable, giving students opportunities to build their understanding of entrepreneurship, business and financial management through both classroom learning and hands-on activities.
The first ESB sessions have brought a lively and engaging atmosphere to Nguyen Tat Thanh. Students have enthusiastically taken part in discussions, shared creative ideas and begun exploring the world of entrepreneurship and business through real-life situations and collaborative group activities closely connected to their everyday experiences.

Learning Through Real-World Experience
Rather than focusing solely on theory, the programme encourages students to learn through observation, exploration and practice. They identify real-world needs and market opportunities, develop ideas for products or services, and gain an age-appropriate introduction to customers, marketing, finance and business operations.
Through these activities, students develop a range of essential 21st-century skills, including critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, communication, presentation and problem-solving. These skills will support them not only in their current studies, but also as they explore future academic and career pathways and prepare to engage with an increasingly interconnected world.
Hands-on activities encourage students to collaborate, listen to one another and turn creative ideas into action as they take their first steps on their entrepreneurial journey.
From Ideas to Future Readiness
Beyond introducing students to internationally recognised entrepreneurship knowledge and supporting their preparation for the ESB certification, the programme aims to foster a proactive mindset, creativity and innovation, adaptability and resilience in facing new challenges.
It also provides a valuable foundation for students to build their personal portfolios, strengthen their capabilities and prepare for the academic and professional journeys ahead.
